Why Did You Want to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Kryszan’s interest in dentistry actually started at home! Many of her family members work in the dental field, and seeing them so immersed with their professions sparked her fascination at an early age. While on a mission trip to Panama, she was able to see the direct, lasting impact dental care could have on someone else’s wellbeing, and her future career path was set in stone from that point on.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
After completing her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene at Ohio State University, Dr. Kryszan chose to pursue her dental doctorate at the same school. Since then, she has regularly attended continuing education to stay up to date with new developments in the field; one of her biggest focuses is BOTOX and dermal fillers. She is also a proud member of the American Dental Association and Ohio Dental Association.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Kryszan and her husband Aaron have two young children named John and Maddie, as well as two Labrador Retrievers. When she isn’t busy caring for teeth, one of her biggest passions is exercise and fitness – in fact, she runs an entire blog about having a healthy lifestyle! She also enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and traveling when possible.
